Patient Information

Your visit, simplified.

Everything you need to know before you walk through our doors — from insurance to what to bring on your first visit.

We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial providers. Our billing team is available to verify your coverage before your visit so there are no surprises. Self-pay and sliding-scale options are also available.

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any referral documents if applicable. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration. If this is your first visit, we'll walk you through everything.

Our main clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Speciality clinic hours vary — call ahead to confirm your appointment time.

We're located at 3451 S Dogwood Rd, El Centro, CA 92243. Free parking is available in our lot with accessible spaces near the main entrance. We're easily accessible from Highway 111 and State Route 111.
